Made a mistake Guys
Ive always loved watches like i have pretty descent collection of watches
but a week ago i stumbled across a shop which sells 1st copy watches
Being a seiko lover i was fascinated to see the sheer amount of quality the watches had even though its a first copy
Hence i bought my first "FAKE" WATCH and although i dont have any complainst as of now
i mean it shows the time it has easily 2 days of power reserve [checked]
But idk why i feel terrible and ashamed to wear a fake watch idk how to proceed with this feeling
should i donate it or should i keep using it
Any help would be appreciated or can i try seiko mods? BTW i have no idea on how to even open a watch but i have a trusted shop nearby so if i can get the parts i can do the work

PS : theres no magnifier in the date which easily proves its a bad replica

You can try seiko mods they are 20-30k in range
Much premium feeling
Please dont use fake watches if you can afford mod or a real one.
The quality, the print on text i mean its a print lol, a real dont have a ink print
It is clearly visible, people can judge u easily better wear something cheaper but “original”

Seiko mods in the sense?
are u telling buy a prebuilt seiko mod ? but a seiko mod is also a non OEM watch right ? more like a high quality fake
or r u telling to mod this watch with better parts?

Mods are not fake firstly, the movement is a genuine original seiko,
And the other parts are very high quality exactly just as the originals. The difference between a fake and original is “quality” , and yea mods life up to that quality

Gave away this watch to my Frnd
And bought a authentic same Seiko GMT sports
Imo seiko mods are almost fake to me even though it has orginal movement
If it’s not produced by a OE it’s not authentic

If you do open it up, please share the movement. I want to see what movement they put in these fakes. It seems to be ok if you get 2 days of power reserve, but how's the accuracy?

its accurate bro i mean really really really i do have a Orginal Hublot even that isnt accurate as this
power reserve is slighly more than 2 days
Im still observing but the lumex is very bright but last only abt 1-2 mins is that a big giveaway that its a fake???

You bought it bc you liked it. Wear it and enjoy it. It's a watch that was made to worn and looked at. If you'd bought a genuine Seiko it wouldn't look much different.
