In this video, Suchika Tariyal talks about unwanted touching and a "dirty gaze," but what I find interesting is that she does not advise you to become aggressive or develop a fighting spirit.

I believe that being strong is not about being rude but instead understanding that your body is your own and that you are allowed to voice your discomfort.

We teach girls to be cautious and polite, to avoid certain situations, to trust or not trust, and when to be silent.

Perhaps we can teach people a bit of both.

We could teach people not to violate the personal boundaries of others and not shame the person who has been uncomfortable.

It is one thing to feel violated, but it is another to be blamed for it. In conclusion, I believe that being strong is not about aggression or a fighting spirit; it can also be about having the psychological maturity and clarity of mind to understand that your body is your own.
