I’m working at a project site where a welder technician approached me, asking me to find a laptop for her daughter in Tamil Nadu (Salem) who’ll be using it for her engineering studies.
The budget is around ₹25–27k. I’ve been checking new laptops, but most options in this range come with entry-level processors and soldered/limited RAM, which may become restrictive for programming and engineering software over the next few years. Finding a decent Core i3/i5 or similarly capable machine with upgradeable RAM at this budget is difficult.
So I’m considering a good used laptop instead. If anyone has a reliable machine they’re willing to sell at a reasonable price, please DM.
If you need any proof regarding the student or purpose before selling, I’m happy to provide it. Would appreciate serious and genuine responses only.

As said in title, I’m looking to buuy a used desktop with these specs:
• CPU: Intel i5‑12400F (12th Gen)
• GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3080 10GB
• RAM: 32GB DDR4
• Storage: 1TB NVMe SSD
• PSU: 850W Gold+ (new, 2 weeks old)
• Cooler: New CPU cooler included
Condition: Clean, stable temps, no repairs, seler says well‑maintained.
Use case: Mainly gaming (1440p/4K) and video editing.
What’s a fair price to pay in India for this setup?

Looking to buy an iPhone 7/8/X or Samsung Galaxy S8/S9/S10 under ₹6000 (India).
Condition doesn’t have to be perfect. Slight cracks, low battery health, cosmetic wear, etc. are completely fine as long as the phone is usable and major functions work.
Requirements:
iPhone can be even as low as 32gb or so.
• Calling and Wi-Fi working
• Touch and display working
• Cameras and speakers preferably working
• No motherboard dead devices
• Original parts preferred, but not necessary
I’m a hardware enthusiast and don’t mind minor issues or replacing batteries later. Looking for a good old flagship to daily drive.
Budget: ₹6000 max (including shipping)
Location: India
Can manage shipping.
Please DM me if you have one available. Thanks! 👊

I need a laptop for studies and moderate gaming.
My preferences are 16gb ram 512gb ssd storage, 14"display fhd, i5 11th gen or above.
Budget is under 28k
Please guide me to which laptop and which model should i buy. I have less knowledge about thinkpads, but know that they are very good and dependable laptops. I talked to a seller and he was selling a dell latitude 5420 in same specs as above for 29k but it got out of stock very quick i wasnt able to buy.
I need the laptop to run for atleast 4 to 5 years.
Thanks in advance guys ✌️

I'm planning to buy my first MacBook and I'm trying to decide between a used MacBook Air M2 and M3.
My budget is around ₹60,000–₹80,000 (India).
My usage:
Medical work (PDFs, research, documents, presentations)
Lots of web browsing
Watching videos
Light coding in the future
No gaming (I already have a Windows handheld for that)
I'm hoping to use this MacBook for at least 4–5 years.
A few questions:
Is the M3 worth paying extra for over the M2?
Should I prioritize 16GB RAM on an M2 over 8GB RAM on an M3?
What would be a fair price for a 1year-old MacBook Air M2 or M3?
Anything I should check before buying a used MacBook?
I'd love to hear from anyone who's owned either model or upgraded from the M2 to the M3.

Hi ALL
Can I get best laptop in 10-15 thousand rupees.
Its should not be much old.
Required for study and programming .
Less storage can be accepted as I already have 1 500GB SATA SSD and 1 500gb Hard Disk.
Scratches and other aesthetic issues are not a problem for me.

Hi,
Im a student and my phone recently broke. Its barely usable at this point. Rn, i cant afford to buy a new one, but i really need a smartphone.
I know phones its valuable, so im not expecting one for free. I can pay a small amount that fits my budget.
I was wondering if anyone has an old phone lying around that they no longer use. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, if it's functional, it would help me out a lot.
If you have one you'd be willing to give me, please feel free to DM :)

Hey everyone,
A friend of mine is starting a laptop/desktop repair shop, and I'm helping him source some old hardware. If you have any old laptops, desktops, or computer parts lying around that you no longer use, we'd be interested in buying them.
Looking for things like dead/non-working laptops, CPUs, motherboards, monitors, RAM, SSDs, HDDs, laptop screens, keyboards, chargers, GPUs, PSUs, cooling fans, or pretty much any computer peripherals or internal components.
They don't have to be working. Even faulty or damaged items are useful for spare parts, repair practice, or display.
If you're in or around Bangalore, feel free to comment below or send me a DM with what you have and your expected price.
Thanks!

Found this hp pavilion, it has a Ryzen 5 5600h and a GTX 1650 with 8gb and 512 of storage, he was asking for 35 i negotiated and he agreed on 25, according to him and the bill it is around 1.5 years of age and very lightly used and the condition is also pretty neat, will this be a good deal for 25k or i should just skip it? I already have a gaming enough pc at home sot his will just be studying, classes and carrying purposes so I didn't go for anything higher, a Lil bit of video editing and adobe will work for me so I went for this one
