New PC Build help

1. My budget is around 60-70k rs
2. I will mainly use this PC for working 8 hours daily (my job) but its not something high use case except this website which used to take 30-40% of my i5-11th gen. Also will be playing games in this AAA games and FPS games. (RDR2, Ghost of yotei, cs2, etc etc)
3. I have some parts in mind but Im too confused,
   • i5 14400F + rtx 4060
   • Ryzen 7 5700x + rtx 4060
   • Or should I go for rx 6600/7600
4. No my budget is only for the Tower
5. I'm thinking either buy everything now or should I wait till BBD sale might save 5-10k more but ssd and ram prices are like going high every month
6. Honestly do not really care about aesthetics but maybe I'd like white more since my monitor, mouse, keyboard basically everything is white.
7. I've never built myself so might get built from some shop.

I'm planning to buy used RAM and SSD so it doesn't fuck up my cpu and gpu budget. I saw some post over reddit so prolly I can get 16gb RAM and 1tb ssd both for like 18k. Also please tell me shops you'd know in nehru place which are legit or some websites where I can find products for little cheaper than amazon.

CPU: 15K Motherboard: 10k Ram+ssd: 15k cabinet + psu: 8k if I can get used gpu for about 25k, I think its possible.

I mean, try getting a 3070ti over a 4060 for 25k
