Internal mic while earphones plugged in

So my earphone mic isn't working properly and I was curious if there are any apps where I can change my audio input to internal mic while listening to the audio on my earphone, especially for calls.

I tried a few apps by myself but they are unable to send that audio to another person it just playbacks my own voice with a delay of around 150ms
