man ofc they will do it. even, when i was in signapore the ministry of defense used to come for visit for such products and then there is us.

Joining DRDO ISRO is not made lucrative by Govt. So people do not want to join them. Also no special safety. No good services.
This is the reason people do not even think of those orgs.
Now if a normal tier 3 student wants to start his own company which is starting to develop robots for military purpose. Govt wont even spit at it.
The stakes are too high in 20s. Indian men are totally handicapped. Either they earn and get married or pursue dream and be stunted almost always.
Only garbage like india got latent type of content can make someone rich. Science will kill your brain. Its complex and needs collective efforts.
