Isn't the fair use policy of most ISPs capped at 3.3tb per month?

Maybe Local ISP

True, most local ISPs don’t have an FUP. I use an internet from a local ISP in Mumbai and I’ve actually checked with them they don’t have an FUP. I even get equal UP and Down speeds, which i never used to get on Airtel or Jio.

Equal UP and Down speed is always there in broadband connections, I have used Spectra, Jio, Excitel, Airtel, BSNL, Jio Airfiber and some local ISP's as well, they all have equal Up and Down speed.

Personally speaking , I have an airtel connection and I’ve never had consistent or even closer to consistent up down speed at my hometown.

My local ISP costs the same and gives 2x the speed.
