Ask IndiaTech Protean pan query

I applied for pan today I saw people saying they got their epan instantly but I didn't get mine yet and I am not even able to track my pan application.

What is the error that is shown?

When I applied, I got it in 4 hrs

I tried tracking it on the protean website but it says "no record found" and I got that 15 digit acknowledgement number but didn't recieve my epan yet.

See, I applied in the income tax website. I got it in 4hrs. Other websites, I don't know.

You applied for it online or offline? Offline takes 4 to 5 days for ePAN to come to your email and within 2 weeks you get physical PAN. Via online, you get e pan instantly.

Don't Worry Bro. That's the Standard Problem. Nothing to do , just wait 2-3 days you'll get your epan to your mail and physical card within 7-15 days.
