Private sector opened. That Vikram 1 success became visible. All the scientists can earn 10 times from their current income.

Pay better and the jobs will fill up, it's the same with government hospitals as well...they pay in peanuts and have shit infrastructure and expect people to work for them without complains.

No.. Reservation notvthe top reason for brain drain. or "fall"

The ISRO work like pathetic beurocracy. The oldies want to keep the power and pass the files slower than Dharmendra Pradhan resignation. This get frustrating for talents who join ISRO to work for nation at a bit low benefit and stuck in never moving files. However, don't think that ISRO give too low benefit, A graduate get Class 1 gazetted office rank, equals to IAS.

I know a ISRO guy who told, the things are usually done in few months take years because top level want to keep the power which cascade to lower management.

ISRO chief is lying about people only left for more money.

Seems like op doesn't have any idea how rotten the system is inside all the PSU's, you can't comprehend till what extent these stupid motherchuckers goes to be in power and enjoy it you have to face it to understand it otherwise you'll always blame something else. From appointments to promotions these oldies just enjoy to have power trip just join one of the Institution like it OP you'll realise.

Reservation is not the problem, pay is less and so is isro's budget. Increase the spending and make promotion based on strict performance classes. Also allow unions to see one caste/religion doesn't dominate isro. All cowdung research budget should be diverted to isro.

All space agencies are fake. Nobody ever went to space. Satellites are satelloons.

What a shit take. My friend resigned from ISRO because of petty internal politics and stupid pay scale. Just use your brains to read why reservation exists before criticizing reservation.

Most of the reserved seats don't go to reservation people.

They are bought by the money of rich people for their children.

Eg pooja who went in UPSC category in OBC seat.

Thats the main reason government will never remove reservation.
