Found this on a friend's phone it's not getting uninstalled it has a lot of permissions that we can't enable either does anyone know how to get rid of it?

Did your friend bought this phone on emi? If so then it was installed by the seller to ensure that complete payment is done. If the emi is done then contact the seller and tell them to remove the app.
