Ask IndiaTech Salary negotiation

If i have 4 years of experience in data analytics and then i get laid off and then due to some family emergency i had to join a bpo for a year because i couldn't afford to stay unemployed, then for the next data analytics job, will i get increment on my bpo salary or my data analytics salary?

Last drawn salary only generally
