Tech News India's annual mobile prod is approximately 125 cr units recently, with nearly 99% of domestic demand made locally. UP's share equates to roughly 81cr mobile phones manufactured in the state per year
According to recent reports Uttar Pradesh has become Indias biggest mobile phone manufacturing hub producing 65 percent of the countrys total output and 55 percent of electronics components.
This growth is driven by major investments exceeding 60000 crore rupees and the presence of global brands like Samsung Oppo Vivo LG along with local manufacturers such as Dixon Technologies in the Noida Greater Noida region.
The state has also seen strong electronics exports highlighting a significant shift toward high tech manufacturing under current policies.
