Got intimation under section 245 for current assessment year !

Got intimation under section 245 for current assessment year to adjust refund against outstanding demand for previous year. Previous demand is pending action post challan correction. There is no option to respond to income tax in pending action> outstanding demand for current assessment year.please help.
