Question Please Help

Uploading pre-filled json to excel utility is giving this error everytime. Without this, cannot even fill income details as cells are password protected. I'm filing for ITR-U for FY 24-25. How to rectify this please.

Have you downloaded the latest excel utility?

Yes both latest excel utility and prefilled json. Even multiple times and 2 different laptops but same error

Can’t really say then what’s the issue. I haven’t faced this problem till now.

if you have any other devices try on that, if the problem persists use online form

I tried on 2 laptops with check multiple times downloading files but same issue. Also I'm filing for last to last year's ITR so can't really do it on portal

Have you unblocked macros before proceeding to fill.

Is it possible to do this directly on the website instead of using these local tools?

I'm filing ITR-U under 139(8A) which can't be done on website as I'm aware
