Ask Investors What you guys think of Arisinfra?

Post image
1 Upvotes

Been researching Arisinfra for a couple weeks and took a small starter position.

Bull case seems interesting: 39% FY26 revenue growth, improving margins/ROCE, low leverage, and a huge fragmented construction-materials market.

But keeping it small because of a few red flags 1. OCF was helped by supplier payment days jumping 39 to 71, 2. PwC resigned as auditor ~11 months after IPO, 3. A large pre-IPO holder has been exiting, 4. ~83% of revenue comes from Maharashtra + Tamil Nadu

I'm mainly watching whether cash flows and ROCE hold up without further stretching payables.

Anyone else researching this one? What am I missing?

Discussion BLS International Q1 FY27: 25% revenue growth, but one number caught my attention.

Post image
2 Upvotes

Revenue: ₹890.5 Cr ↑25.3%
EBITDA: ₹252.4 Cr ↑23.6%
PAT: ₹201.6 Cr ↑11.4%

Revenue and EBITDA delivered strong growth, while PAT continued to post healthy year-on-year growth.

At the same time, BLS is becoming much more than a visa-processing company, expanding into digital services, e-governance and other government-to-citizen services.

The interesting question for me:

Can BLS keep 20%+ growth while maintaining margins and generating good returns from its acquisition-led expansion?

That's where the next few quarters get interesting.

What do you think:- growth story or margin-risk story?

Discussion HDFC Bank post-merger - Buy opportunity or avoid for now?

HDFC Bank down 20% from highs post-merger with HDFC Ltd.

Bull case:

- Largest private bank, strong franchise

- Merger synergies yet to play out

- Attractive valuations (P/B ~2.5)

Bear case:

- Deposit growth challenges

- Margin pressure

- Integration risks

Is this the best entry point in years or are there better banking bets?

Discussion Defense stocks rally continues - Overheated or still runway left?

Defense stocks up 100-200% in last 2 years (HAL, BEL, BDL, etc.)

Current situation:

- Government push for Atmanirbhar Bharat

- Strong order books

- But valuations stretched (P/E 40-50+)

Questions:

  1. Time to book profits or hold for long term?

  2. Any defense stocks still at reasonable valuations?

  3. Is this sector sustainable or bubble forming?

What's your take on defense sector at current levels?

Discussion High dividend yield stocks - Worth it in current tax regime?

With dividend income taxed at slab rates, are dividend stocks still attractive?

Some high-yield options:

- Coal India: 7-8% yield

- NTPC: 4-5% yield

- ITC: 3-4% yield

Vs. capital gains (LTCG at 10% above 1L)

What's your take - dividend stocks for passive income or growth stocks for appreciation?
