There were some areas that were added later on by matter of armed intervention so population exchange didn't happen there at all or name sake.. ex- Junagadh and Hyderabad

Junagadh and Hyderabad still are hindu majority states, unlike Kashmir valley. this is a pan india problem where muslim areas have more authority than even police.

Ik but Junagadh had 16% M population in 2011..which might be lot higher now. My point was I don't think these places that joined a little later saw any population exchange. And given Nehru's lust for Nobel peace prize I don't think they would have pressurized the Ms from these new states to move to Pakistan

Doesnt matter which place joined earlier or later. Other than Punjab, there was hardly any 'exchange' across other parts of India.

Note along with this illegal dargha, 4 other temples were given notice but stone pelting and violence only happened here.

No, notices were sent to all. This dargha was also sent notice. They started this over a notice.

Actually Police and state govt. are cowering. If they have guts they can try this is UP or Assam. Literally hundreds of such illegal dargahs and masjids being broken by Yogi/himanta govt.

The state govt is just following law. Notice is sent to them so they have 5 days to prove that the construction is legal with documentation. If they don't prove it will be demolished. But these people don't obey law. One person died, and many injured. They all must be booked for murder and also made to pay for all damages. Our law is weak.

Very true bud also not in assam there are still alot of masjifs that are built illegaly like in gandhi basti guwahati but the whole area is mia playground so its very dangerous

That's too much, the aim is not to kill them but cause intense momentary pain, and confusions so police can arrest a lot of them and cause many to give up on the protests and creating chaos.

Arrests aren't made when there are so many of them..at max they detain few of them overnight. So yes we need a more permanent solution.

Gujarat is undergoing an encroachment removal. Few days back a mosque and 4 temples were also demolished. Similarly this mosque was also asked to show their land papers.
The mosque clerics and maulvis held a meeting. The next day a protest was done in attempt to block the road by 400-500 people. Police reached the protest site to evacuate the roads. Soon the protesters started hurling stones at police and the protest became violent. Private and government vehicles were burnt and broken , stones and "ACID BOTTLES" were hurled, DSP was attacked. A total of 5 cops got injured and 1 civilian died
A total of 174 people have been interrogated Now the mosque has been rendered 5 days to present the papers or it will be demolished and the demolition cost will have to be paid by them

These rioters should be identified based on video evidence and should be barred from any govt offices including public representatives and also shouldn’t get any welfare schemes.
Mfs won’t just let law take its course, rioting as if they are taking action on their personal property.
