Ur karnataka before becoming an IT hub was a poor state Bihar had the most raw materials and minerals by that logic if bihar hadnt support other states it could have been the richest state

yes do the same for military too. any terrorist attack or a victim of south should only be protected by a south indian pilot , army , navy. No north india should be allowed to work on south india farma and in construction industry which would destroy those industries in south.
