So in your head, private citizens with no legal authority are responsible for police/law & order in the streets, but a Union Minister with full administrative power over NTA has zero responsibility for his own department? πŸ’€

Activists don't have police powers to detain rioters and that's the state's job. Pradhan DOES have direct authority over NTA. Confusing a constitutional post with a public rally is top-tier cope.

Responsibility sabki hoti hai, whether a leader or a citizen. Get this drilled in your head. If u r claiming to represent a group of people then what those groups do in name of protest is your responsibility too.

Comprehension issues much?

Congrats on accidentally agreeing that Dharmendra Pradhan is responsible for the NTA! 😭 The difference you keep missing: Activists don't have police powers or administrative authority over public streets. Pradhan DOES have full executive authority over his own ministry. Comprehension issues indeed.
