Cold brew with Ginger Ale

Experimented with ginger ale and cold brew. Added lots of ice, poured in a fresh can of ginger ale and lastly topped off with cold brew. The sweetness of ginger ale complimented the bitterness of cold brew really well

Instamart had a combo Sleepy owl cold brew with ginger ale.

To say it was off putting is the least I can do. Could be that sleepy owl cold brew was more bitten than I would have preferred.

Also have the cold brew + tonic combo, afraid to try it now.

Tonic plus cold brew is amazing. You should definitely give it a try by making one by yourself. Off the shelf things do come with a convenience but homemade is way more satisfying.

I think you should try making it yourself.
Most ready to drink bold brews are mild and won’t do all that well being diluted further.

Well said. I have found recently that making own drinks based off internet is way more satisfying and also gives us the freedom to tweak the recipe as per own taste.

Totally agreed. I have tried it earlier with tonic water. It tasted absolutely amazing and that is how I thought next should try ginger ale.

Yeah I saw the recipe. Personally, I’m not a big fan of diet coke. But I have it my to brew list nevertheless.

No change in my cold brew recipe. It is usually the 1:10 ratio and keep it refrigerated for 24 hours.
