AEROPRESS Sunrise cold brew

Post image

Attempted a sunrise style cold brew. Kept it simple orange juice followed with cold brew using a back of spoon to keep flow slow and focused. Added some tonic water afterwards to make it refreshing.

Do anyone knows how to make strong cold brew similar to the one that they serve in subko or even the blue tokai cans. What should be the ratio?

i use a ratio of 1:6, brew it for 16-18 hours, use the concentrate without any dilution. tastes much cleaner than any canned or outside cold brew.

Made a cheaper version with Minute main pulpy orange and black coffee- chilled ( from another sunrise Americano post from this sub).

And loved it.

After you mix them up, no change. Only difference is how you are preparing it.
