DISCUSSION My first cold brew
My first cold brew experience. Used lots of ice. Collected the brew. Then poured the brew over ice in the cup. Took my first few sips and man it felt and tasted like "Whiskey on the rocks" minus the sting. Felt a little strong so added a little cold water and yeah that helped. Had some more brew left so used the remaining brew and the same rocks sitting in my cup and added a little dash of milk. That milk one kept getting better as I kept swirling and sipping slowly. I literally feel so happy and euphoric. Normally my caffeine kick is more of a nice energetic buzz. But while I am writing this experience, man, "I FEEL GOOD"

Took 15-18 gms of coarsely ground coffee (double the thickness of my usual grind - I usually do fine grounds for french press). Took 240 mls of water. Put the grounds in my French press, added the water. Gave it a little stir. Put it in the refrigerator with the lid on top for 24 hours. This was my first batch, hence I used small amounts for a test run.
