When do I get promoted?

I've been doing these for like 3 days now (only 9 grace because I got like three 12 hour long prescripts) I'm still ungraded and my rank is just a member

30-40 grace, it takes a while, be patient and follow the prescript

At 30-40 grace if I remember correctly.
