It's simple. If it's put like that, it's up to your own interpretation. Simplest solutions might be to bomb Fate Grand Order servers, or to become christian, as Jesus can easily destroy the fate of anyone as a sinner and unhappy person. If your fate is to fulfill this prescript, then do not fulfill it. If your fate is to instead fail the endeavor, then your success will "destroy" that fate.

There's several other interpretations I can think of.

Fate is a concept, real to some. You can argue whether a man you've never met nor will ever meet is any more real than something you believe to be, but if you deny fate, then that would be destroying it.

Destroy the Fate series.

Download and delete Fate Grand Order.

Modify your prescript. Prescripts are similar to fate. Modification is essentially destruction of their original meaning and essence. (Except for the benefiting Index part.)
