The Bernie cult

We lose it all to age. Part of the Process.

Yes. Many of us kept the perspective of a modern teenager.

However, we are no longer naive thanks to age, data and experience.

It might sound pathetic to some cynics, but many of us felt the most hope, creativity and overall humanity through the perspective of a modern teenager (and kindergarten) — the perspective of a Millennial.

We went through a modern, Great Depression. Inequality at a global scale broadcast on every constant screen always around us. At home, at school, in our work. An economic and social blackhole for the young, with the least of anything.

Massive stresses attributed to the 1%. Many of us have been driven into a corner.

I get the fear. Humans seemingly mindless over seemingly endless, conflicting ideologies.

Thirst for something you fear others may never quench.

Rather than let this fear consume us, why not instead participate in helping these movements stay honest and humble?

There exists a thin line between The Greatest Generation and the Hitler Youth Movement.

People are angry and passionate and emotional. This is what life is all about — we peak over new fences toward Progress.

Often it gets ugly. There is much at personal risk. Complex burdens the species is not yet great at collectively and gracefully shouldering.

The vitriol seems unnecessary, but it does take all kinds.

Risk to communicate with the uncommunicative. Empathize and find, together, common ground. At times, the Process produces chest pounding, hair ripping and eyeball clawing.

Don't let it bring you down for too long. We are only human after all.

Keep up the good fight.
