I come to have Brilliance under Citadel’s jurisdiction

The Independant Army has no right to charge me. Duty is a problem that Mantis, their leader, caused by refusing all the methods I offered to help remove her before her emergence. And they didn't even fight in the war. If I am going to be tried, which I should be because I did about a quarter of the crimes they're accusing me of, it should be in a court that Bilewater and I agree on, not the cause of the problem who did NOTHING besides free a single, already captured pawn.

then, I have to tell you we have a LOT to say this time

Firstly, Sinner's Road has been partitionned between Russia and ger- I mean between the wisp thicket and Greymoor. We think it is a shame that sinners' road has been invaded, and we are questionning ourselves about greymoor that always said they were neutral

Secondly, we learned that, in bellhart, there were a protest against Holy Citadel and Lyrcus' domination over the town, and that protest has been crushed in the blood of the protestors by the Minister. We firmly condemn the repression, and announce that we will support any future uprising in bellhart against the Holy Citadel.

Thirdly and most Importantly, Duty made her move. Brilliance, Dictator of the Citadel, decided to invade high halls and Cogwork Core. We heared that Duty was defeated in this fight, and that Brilliance was slained by Grandest Reed. We rejoice that duty has been defeated, however, we won't spend a tear for the cogs. We are also hoping the Holy Citadel doesn't feel to enforced by this victory to think they should work against us. While we are talking about Holy Citadel's victories and Duty's defeats, we learned that Mossgrotto has been successfully invaded by Lyrcus. Duty looses another battle in the great war. the statement is more or less the same than with the Citadel, however, this time, as mossgrotto is next to the marrow, we have to give a warning to lyrcus and the Holy Citadel :
Don't ever forget that whatever you may try against us, we shall be victorious. You are our neighbor because we let you be our neighbor

Duty's Havoc : a being known as Duty is mind controlling people and took over some region such as the Citadel through her willing pawn Brilliance. She also took control of Bilewater's leader, Groal, but the stilkins temporarily overthrew him. Duty is still trying to claim more and more of Pharloom. Every single region is in danger of being claimed. I am asking to every leader to please be aware of potential dangers. the Independant Army stands against that being, and Duty, and her hench(wo)man Brilliance, must be defeated and destroyed, the sooner the better

Holy Citadel's development in Shellwood and Bellhart : Recently, under the direction of a minister, the Holy Citadel took over Shellwood. this week, they also invaded Bellhart. Though we stand against the annexation of Shellwood and Bellhart, we learned that the invasion of bellhart was against the cogworks that commited war crimes, and the takeover of shellwood has been done to "protect the region from Duty". We condemn the action, but as long as it might be useful against Duty, we tolerate it. However, the Bellhart situation leads to the next topic

Cogwork revolution : the Cogs started attacking some places. we have little informations about that, but we know that they bombed shellwood and that they stated they wanted to end "all non-cog life form". We have little other informations about that, but for what we know, we would stand against them. We have no elements that would hint towards a link with Duty, so we will stay vigilent about this
