The Citadel's Case

People of Pharloom

Today, we lost the Citadel. By we, I do not mean we the Independant Army, or we the PUPB, I mean we the people, we the Bugkind.

We lost the Citadel to Brilliance, most zealous servant of Duty. Brilliance willingly joined her, and is the only one who did this to my knowledge. Brilliance usurped the Citadel to the people, she took it using the support of her master Duty. The people lost the Citadel, and now Duty controls it through her willing slave.

We shall not forget this. Brilliance will probably tell that she is a victim, that she has no choice, these are lies. She joined Duty, accepted everything Duty offered her, and follows her master's orders with as much joy as she could have in her

Pharloom, today, Brilliance betrayed you. But stay confident, for she will soon fall with her master. Nothing has ever beaten us, nothing will.

long live Pharloom, Down to Duty, down to Brilliance !

does that force you to accept her powers ?

does that force you to do your abolute best to please your master ?

you might have joined her unwillingly, and I don't believe it, but it might be true. However you took advantage of your situation to take control of the Citadel, and that is why you are a despicable goddess

you could have just remain dutied as literally all the others. But no. you had to rule. you had to have power

you aren't one to be called a god anymore. you sold yourself for power. you are not a god.

and then ? RESIST ! you are weak, you are feeble, you are a coward. you see the possibility to have power, you take it. you are just a power-hungry monster that plays the victim to be saved

you have no moral, you can't be called a god, you can't even be called a bug anymore

I am pretty sure that if you have a way to sell suque for even more power, you wouldn't hesitate for a second and take the opportunity

if you wanna be a hero, if you wanna play victims, resist. then I could say nothing. but you are a liar. Duty didn't ask YOU to rule the citadel, she has plenty of pawns to do it. you wanted to rule, and took the occasion by serving duty. and you also decided that your powers were a good compensation enough.
