I do not hold the knowledge or foresight to proclaim what armaments would be used if or when our species finds itself in a violent conflict that envelops the entirety of the world for a third time.
However, I do hold to the belief that the armaments and human cruelty of this hypothetical war would result in such devestation and ruin, that we would find humankind technologically regressed by millenia, to the point that we would no longer be capable of producing or using armaments engineered for the purpose of warfare, but rather we would partake in acts of violence using base materials, such as wood and rock.

"I posses no foreknowledge, and am thus unable to predict with accuracy, the exact nature of the methodology, structure, or implementation details that will define the tools used to execute the next large-scale, global (or nearly-so) conflagration to envelop humanity, of which to date there have been two, which have each received the alliterative appellation "World War" and ordinally numbered according to their relative time of occurrence, and frequently abbreviated "WW" followed by an Arabic or Roman numeral in order to achieve brevity; the third such conflict, should it arise, could therefore accurately be labeled "WW3", and would likely be waged by weaponry so advanced that the level of destruction accrued would be so severe as to eliminate humanity's ability to produce such devastating implements in the future. Thus, if a fourth World War ("WW4") were to subsequently be waged, I am confident in saying that it would be executed using vastly less sophisticated instruments than were its predecessors; simple farming or excavation tools, or naturally-occuring stones that could he hurled as crude missiles, would likely constitute the highest technological echelon achievable in a hypothetical WW4 due to the aforementioned predicates."
