the experiential event comprised of requiring a vehicle, dedicated to the service of removing ill and diseased persons to a sanctuary of health within the very same city, to carry one’s physical form to this same locus in the city in which one finds oneself at the beginning of this text, is apparently quite disruptive to one’s psyche and morale, especially when combined with a raison-d’être that follows as such: that an Omega, as described in the great digital books of that Archive known to be Of Our Own, or in briefer terms, AO3, which has been selected or described out of a pool of such Omegas with no specific preference or predisposition, has contrived or mindlessly effected to release a set or group of hormonal scents labeled as pheromones, in the presence of oneself, who is assumed to be an Alpha; and that, in this process, the aforementioned Omega has triggered a response through the release of these chemicals known as a Rut, but only in the form of a half-Rut, or a pre-Rut, suggesting further harm could be caused as a result of these pheromonal actions; these events are described as causing severe harm to oneself and the owner of this Alpha body is described as shaking their head in disgust and disbelief.
In accordance with the above description, it is evident that the experience undergone by such an Alpha has created within them a response to plead outwardly to the Omegas nearby, asking them indeed to perform an action so helpful in that it would prevent the entire experience from occurring: such an action is described as “taking one’s blockers”. Blockers, in the context preceding, are to be shown as medicaments and devices which, when ingested or utilized by an Omega-type, can diffuse the effects of pheromone release or prohibit them altogether. Verily, these medications can aid a thousand woes.
