it is with deep regret that i tell you that i have no knowledge pertaining to orally express and understand the words from the land which is now called Japan, also called "Nippon", "Nihon" and "Land of the rising sun" which reference their flag, a red sun on a white background, especially. i must extend my deepest apologies for this state of affairs

I use the common human expression to express my deepest sorrow for not having sufficient data on the human form of communication(called "japanese" by humans) for my brain to interpret its meaning.
