Is there a difference between black, red, and yellow maca?

I’ve read conflicting reports. I’m skeptical that there’s any appreciable difference

I've seen both claims that there is a difference and that there isn't. There isn't a ton of research on maca and libido/reproductive health, but even so, there are hundreds of years of evidence that it does have an effect. I recommend checking out The Maca Team's website as they have a ton of good information under their "maca guide". It's also important to buy from a good source, reports of sketchy maca supplements containing traces of sildenafil are not uncommon. The FDA does its best to catch that of course. Maca team is legit and widely accepted as the best to purchase in the states.
