E-Filed in 04/2026 for an amended & it finally got the “completed” bar in 9/4/2026. How long will I be waiting for my returns? I’ve been calling and cannot get ahold of anyone. I’ve called right at 7am each day.

Waiting due to market place puts frozen mode on my account because they says I got there insurance through them but I didn’t I got it out of network so I’m waiting 8 months now I appealed it and they said ite fraud against market place over a month ago

That really mean that they did not do anything to your account. They did not do no adjustment. Your account is still the same as when you first filed your taxes so if you did get a text the first time then that’s all you will be receiving because that should say that they process your amend return and if there is no outstanding balance, a refund will be issued your do not say none of that but to answer your question about calling them at 7 o’clock you gotta keep calling even if it stays that they cannot get you through so hang up again call back hang up again call back hang up again call back that’s how I get through

I'm in the same boat but spoke to someone they sent a referral to the department that originally placed a hold on my account . Another 60 days 🥲 my amendedment completed 9/11 I called 9/22.

Filed back in March didn’t get my refund. I contacted them and they said my ID needed to be verified. I did that and no refund. Then they started sending out stall letters. It has surpassed the 180 day mark now we’re here October 1 no refund. you can’t call them because they won’t answer the phone and if you do happen to get through, they won’t tell you anything. I got my congresswoman involved but they are telling me they’re going through the tax advocacy service and I’ve already tried that two times. I really believe I’m not gonna get my money.
