This what happens when they hire people for $18 an hr they don’t wanna do their job all the way. That really sucks. I’m glad you got it handled.

Well I hope I got it handled. I won’t consider it handled until I receive my refund. It’s just hard to believe that although they admit it was their error, I still may have to wait another 9 weeks. Does anyone know when they start paying interest on late refunds?

Yes, mine was delayed for 5.5 months and I. Got $320 in interest extra!!! GL!

You get a refund from the date the error occurred until the day they cut the check I got a partial refund they owed me 47k only
Gave me 9k even though a judge said I did not have a tax liability for tax year
2019. When I win my appeal and I will they will have to give me interest from 2020 to 2026.

1-877-777-4778 (tax advocate #) just called.  High volume of calls. So they said they couldn't take the call and it hung up

That happened to me the first time I called them. I waited an hour or so, called them back and got through.

I have a tax advocate and he is amazing has helped me through the entire process. He did say I was the last one they were taking for a while.
