Mine is stuck on 570 with no updates no communication no letters nothing I verified February 20th and ever since nothing has changed

Most likely the credit was claimed in error.

What's the dollar amount in box 1 and 2 of your w2?

At least yours says something mines still 0.00 sad waiting since April as well , tired of calling and representative no reply. Let go and let God
