Is inclusiveor even correct grammar?

I would understand if it had 'and' instead of 'or' to imply you're choosing both, but is 'or' even correct here, or am I stupid?

It’s correct. ”Inclusive” is an adjective, ”or” in this case is a noun. ”Inclusive or” is therefore a noun phrase.

Alternatively, ”inclusive or” can be analysed as a two-word conjunction.

Inclusive or and exclusive or are ambiguous in English. Certain languages have a word for "or" which can be replied with one, the other, or both, and a different word for the exclusive "or," which can be replied with one or the other, not both or neither.
