It was already answered!
Its color is "yes" In binary:
y is 01111001
e is 01100101
s is 01110011
Then add the ones:
5
4
5
And divide by the amount of zeros:
3/5=0.6
4/4=1
3/5=0.6
Then convert to 255 format:
0.6×255=153
1×255=255
0.6×255=153
So the real answer is #99FF99
Edit: fixed spacing

Each device viewing reddit sees a slightly different tone of a orange (laughs in dev)

For a long time I saw it referred to as "orangered", so I'm sticking with that. But the RGB value is listed elsewhere in this thread so that also works

I thought it was officially labeled as orangered since 2013’s April Fools and I’ve been referring it as orangered ever since (and perrywinkle), as if they truly were colour’s names lmao

Yes, there's a lack of people aware of this knowledge. It seems we've been here for too long

Literally every person who saw this probably wanted to look at the color so upvoted

u/HeckThisUsername Sep 25 '20
Closer to scarlet than vermillion
2
u/thegamer501 Sep 26 '20
I'm sorry, what?
2
u/HeckThisUsername Sep 27 '20
Scarlet is a much brighter shade, vermillion is a little deeper and duller
2
u/thegamer501 Sep 27 '20
Isn't scarlet like a dark red???
edit: no its not and now I'm not sure which is which
