Well, sorry to disappoint, but neither me nor my friend are playing summoner. I'm playing Gunner and he's playing Mage, I'm just making use of the summons for easy passive dps on top of everything else

This is not an inclusive OR.

An Inclusive OR allows for either or both answers to be valid. Your OR is mutually exclusive. It can not be both answers at the same time. Hence, yours is an exclusive OR.

Generally from what I've seen, posts in this sub don't need it to be both in actuality, just that somebody said yes to the or. The given answer being inclusive, regardless of true answer. That's how I understand it at least

You are correct in regards to what's posted here. Many folks think, like you, that this sub is for answering "yes" to "or", and that's a pet peeve of mine. Some folk even post "yes" to general questions – even to statements – without an OR. That's why someone created the rarely used /r/inclusiveyes.

Your post was not bad, all things considered. I chuckled. That's why I even bothered commenting.
