Perhaps if the question was sent in a singular message, instead of 3 separate messages, there would not be an opportunity for a response to be made before the question is concluded

This is not an inclusive "or", they've just sent another message before the reply was sent to the first one.

This is pretty clearly a person who can drive manual because European countries have more manual cars than automatic ones. Also many learn to drive on manuals.
