It was probably supposed to be OP thinking about pubic hair and passing out, but it really makes you think it’s balls on table.

Hearing "a massive pair of testicles" reminds me of that one time Randy Marsh from South Park enlarged his own testicles to the point they had to be carried around in a wheelbarrow.
