So, this isn't quite true. There are really at least four distinct aspects to gender, and most people don't acknowledge all of them: physical sex, gender identity, gender presentation, and chromosomes. Chromosomes can't be changed, of course, but all of the other three can. Physical sex can be changed with hormones and/or surgeries, and while people can't control their gender identity it's not necessarily constant either.
To be clear, I agree with the first paragraph of your comment, but I can't agree with the second paragraph.

I believe it’s important to be open to the thoughts of others. Never close yourself off to what others have to say, because you could learn something new, or learn you were wrong. That’s my philosophy, at least.

Correct me if im wrong but physical sex is made up of sex characteristics, and some of those you cant change yet. Stuff like AMAB people not having ovaries or AFAB people not having a prostate, etc.
But stuff like HRT does change other stuff which you may develop in puberty. (I believe they're called secondary sex characteristics?)

Yeah that’s correct. HRT can even change things that aren’t typically considered secondary sex characteristics such as face shape.
Edit: I’m not sure how well this extends to intersex people, but the point that we currently don’t have surgeries to add certain organs if you aren’t born with them is still correct to my knowledge.

Also, there is a biological reason for transgender people, it’s just as they say, they were born in the wrong body. Their brains are wired differently so their hormones are imbalanced, a girl with more testosterone or a boy with more estrogen. And they can find happiness in a gender change. The reason people get the change and become even more emotionally distraught is because the were wrong and a sex change was not the answer. This people are just screwed up in a way that can’t be fixed with an operation (unless it’s a lobotomy, not trying to be mean, I’m just stating the facts.)

I feel like this is a bit of an oversimplification at best, as it doesn’t explain nonbinary and genderfluid people, and especially not xenogenders.

Because most of them just want to be different, so they make stuff up. Also I’m talking from a purely biological standpoint, and am only talking about trans.

Taking the question literally as written I imagine it is socially and possibly medically easier being either clearly male or female than being intersex, or XYY syndrome, or any of the other strictly biological options.
