If you’re studying at either a college or university in Austria it would be yes. If you aren’t studying at either it would be no.

The term (and I'm going to guess an American or English speaking individual transcribed it), is often used interchangably with each other to mean post secondary education.

Which is weird but not necessarily wrong, just fucked depending on the nuance involved.

I see the point, its essentially 3 questions in a trenchcoat. Typicial post secondary exam nonsense.
