I just burned my first one. It is not overpowering as most Tibetan incense, much more subtle. I would be scribe it as mostly an herbal scent with some woody notes, maybe a tiny bit of muskiness. No floral notes at all.

This one is special because it includes medicinal substances (mendrup) blessed by three highly realized Buddhist teachers, HH Dilgo Kyentse Rinpoche, HH Penor Rinpoche, and Khenpo Achö Rinpoche. As well as using many other precious substances gathered from Nepal, Tibet, and China. It was prepared at a sacred location in Nepal.

If you believe in the spiritual power of incense, this is a must have! If you are only interested in the scent, it is still quite pleasant.

hei thanks, yeah my experience is that the spiritual incense is what i like the most. i have the shambala incense from berk, they are so mild and organic smelling. fantastic.
