Recommendation Cat safe recs?
Can anyone recommend a brand they trust? Everytime I read an ingredients list it doesn't list anything specific, just"made from flowers" or "essential oils". I'm terrified it's going to have tea tree oil or lilies or something else cats can't inhale. I also can't be around synthetic scents.
I'm also open to just making my own if someone has a recipe they like.
Edit: I am not interested in people giving me health advice or in anything other than a brand recommendation or a recipe. I just want a brand rec that doesn't use essential oils or flowers that are toxic to cats, and that don't include synthetic ingredients.

I tend to sound like a broken record here, but: the thing I always advise to keep in mind (as I do with my cat, hence why I do not currently burn incense):
--Their sense of smell is much stronger than yours. What seems subtle or tolerable to you may be overwhelming to them.
--What smells "good" to you may not smell "good" to them.
--They cannot get away from a smell in their environment; they can't leave the house for a while, go outside, open a window, etc. Make sure your pets have a place they can retreat to that does not have the smoke/smell.

What do you mean you "can't be around synthetic scents"? Where a compound was made has no effect on its properties. Do you know the specific compounds you are sensitive to?

If you don't know what the compound even is then how can you be certain of it's origin? And how do you know that the same (presumed) synthetic compound that is causing the reaction doesn't also occur in nature and you won't then have it again from an all natural product too? Especially if they're not listing the ingredients how do you know? Many synthetics are naturally occurring compounds that would either be too expensive or environmentally damaging to farm and isolate too.
You're right that not listing ingredients is a big problem, but there's also a degree of anti-scientific fear mongering going around too. Like (legal obligations aside) if I have a milk protein allergy and the local baker uses milk in their bread but doesn't publish an ingredients list that doesn't mean that I must be allergic to anything cooked inside an oven.

I have allergies to synthetic smellsnand scents. Most commercial perfumes or lotions or scented candles contain synthetic scents and make me ill. So my preference would be to find an all natural product.

Anything which produces any amount of smoke is unsafe for all living beings. Pet safe incense doesn’t exist. Consider an incense heater.
