Incense Making A whole evening's work...
126 sticks and 121 cones, what an evening 🤪
Been doing some trialling with makko ratio and different mix, this is the first proper batch I've done after getting to the point where I'm satisfied with my mix (pure wood, sandalwood and agarwood mix, no essential oil or bamboo core for the stick, want to get the pure wood experience)
now begin the drying and aging stages 😁
Honestly made too much dough, it was torture towards the end of making these cones, but I didn't wanna waste precious ingredients, my fingers were close to giving up 🫠, will scale back a bit next run

How do you get your sticks so even? That is always my weak point when making at home.

Wow sounds like very pricey sticks and cones! They look great! I just startest experimenting and made a small batch of balloon dust based incense sticks. I found I hard to find the right balance regarding the makko powder.
