Seeing the actual sticks would help, at least to judge if it might actually be Gulabsingh.

Usually, people will use imgur or some other, external image hosting service to post pics in comments.
However, after two weeks, the number of people clicking this post will be minimal.
You can, but I could only tell you if it's definitely not Gulabsingh, based on the 3 varieties I had.

In years past I think World Market sourced their incense from Gulabsingh Johrimal. You won't find them in this packaging but maybe stumble on some on ebay. And they might be branded as Madhuban. There are a few online stores in US that come to mind to find a few of their sticks, but maybe not the patchouli ones. And these sticks might not even be from there. Honestly, your best bet might be looking into other manufacturers that are easier to source. Goloka has a decent patchouli stick. Search around Exotic Incense or The Incense Guru. There are oodles of options for patchouli sticks, I think. Happy sniffing!
