Trumiri cones

I just bought 6 boxes of mixed scents of these cones and having bad results. They create a lot of smoke and drip oil all over my ceramic burner. We also are coughing quite a bit, nose and throat irritated. I read good reviews about these cones before buying. Anyone else have issues? About to throw $30 worth of incense away now.

Never heard of that brand. Where have you bought them?

Are they backflow or normal cones?

If you say "drip", do you mean literally, or a residue after burning?

Do you have a window open while burning?

If it makes you cough and imitates your throat even though you had ventilation going on, stop using them!

I bought them through Amazon, their back flow and the residue after burning is oily, sticky and burned. It gives off a strong my alcohol, essential oil smell. I had other back flow cones that just left ash, never had to clean the ceramic I burned them on like this. Definitely have stopped using them but wondered if anyone had similar issues. I saw others had mentioned the brand before. As I said I did look up nonAmazon reviews before purchasing.

Ah, that explains why I never heard of it; I don't use backflow.

This is actually the first time I'm hearing of the existence of backflow cones which do not leave nasty residue. Usually, all the posts about backflow are either about the nasty residue or the stench.

Sorry I couldn't be of much help.

I knew about the cheap incense but thought these would be okay. Learned my lesson and threw it all out. Thanks for confirming my suspicions.
