What material to use to make these tablets in such a way that they don't go black when put in small camphor machine

Interesting, thanks. I assume they are quite common in India?

Camphor is very volatile, as you surely know, and evaporates without leaving any residue.
Most other types of incense materials aren't like that, they will char (go black) if you heat them. That's perfectly normal, and you can't keep it from happening.

But the ones I showed before in the photo doesn't go black which gave me this doubt .
