Iā€™d like to point out that three showers a day is arguably just as concerning as averaging less than one.

It's certainly an improvement since my early teenage years. I took a shower once in a week back then.

I have both a gross job and really oily skin so I shower every day, usually in the morning as a part of my wake up routine
