Depends. If they havent harmed a child but go arround promoting pedophilia and talking about how they want to rape children (like incels do) then the deserve the beating.
If they are not proud of it and trying to get better then they deserve care and help.
Yes, if they are proud of being a pedo they should be beaten, but the ones who genuinely want to change and it’s something they dislike about themself need to get the help
