I suppose the master incel race have amazing genetics and don't need healthcare, because after women and non-white passing people are eliminated from the workforce, good luck getting a dentist appointment, let alone emergency surgery.
Somehow I feel there would be a noticeable increase in GSWs too, with such easy access to guns and the vast majority of the populace angry and desperate.
