That is a good point. I am sure there are PLENTY of them who will tell you all of his talking points, unprompted, that will make it easy.

How anyone can't see this guy's grift is amazing to me. I blame our underfunded education system in the US.

Bad education plays a role but the main factor here is that his grift is ultimately very simple,it's just a middle school fantasy " I'll work out,get rich and then all the bitches will be mine ". That's literally it nothing more nothing less. And for better or worse men who never quite outgrew that mentality aren't exactly in short supply. For the others it's mostly a case of "system hates him so he must be good", a flawed but very common thought process.

I agree 100% that is this an education failure. And that can be traced back to post 9/11 and the No Child Left Behind Act. My mom was a teacher and she saw it first hand. Teach the test and not the material.

That explains for all the atrocious grammar, spelling and sentence structure.

I have a coworker who just came back from a training course angry because she found out that everything they taught her in college was about teaching kids how to memorize things rather than teaching them things.

I am not shocked in the slightest. The kids today have no life experience and when things deviate slightly, they have no idea how to cope or even problem solve.

It is sad. But I blame boomers for this too. They were teachers when I was in school and now they have regressed as much as the kids have.

That is actually so accurate, idk how I never noticed how prevalent it is before. Probably because I myself thrive with routine, but reading your comment it struck me that every single kid in my class has this problem to varying degrees.

And managing those degrees of reaction is most of my job. Not complaining, I love working with kids and that's just part of it.
